tactics vs range skill

The success of my blogs "tactical preschool" series has brought a thought to mind. I have participated in MANY training programs that were claiming to teach "tactical concepts". But most of them were simply "shooting schools". I like to show many of Magpul Dynamics' videos on my blog and what they show is GREAT stuff, but reloads, shooting around barricades, "running and gunning" are all really more "techniques" than tactics. "Needing" the title for organizational chart purposes is one thing. "Wanting" or "desiring" the title to soothe your ego is entirely another. Honor takes a lifetime to build and seconds to destroy...stay true.
